Life insurance

Put your savings towards a good cause

By naming AVSF as a beneficiary of your life insurance product, you can support the development of smallholder farming to help overcome food and ecological challenges now and in the future. Your gesture will help AVSF’s experts train, advise and bring together thousands of smallholder families that are committed to protecting ecosystems and promoting the development of their respective communities.

What is a life insurance?

You can take out a life insurance contract with your bank or an insurance company. It is an investment product for which you can name one or more beneficiaries. A beneficiary may be an individual or an association.

How do I name AVSF as a beneficiary of my life insurance product?

You can name AVSF as a beneficiary of all or part of your life insurance product. You can do so when you take out your contract with your bank or your insurer. If you already have a contract, you can make an amendment to modify the beneficiary clause. This formality is very quick and absolutely free. You may modify beneficiaries or add new beneficiaries as many times as you wish.

In both cases, there is only one thing you need to do: add the address of AVSF’s head office to the beneficiary clause of your contract:

Agronomes & Vétérinaires Sans Frontières (AVSF)
14 F Bis avenue Berthelot – 69007 LYON, France

As an officially recognised non-profit association, AVSF is authorised to receive legacies, gifts and funds from life insurance products, and is exempt from inheritance tax. AVSF uses all the funds it receives to carry out its missions.
