The guide to gender mainstreaming into the project cycle

Année : 2025

Domaine(s) d'expertise :

The guide to gender mainstreaming into the project cycle presents the Gender and Development approach promoted by AVSF, in order to respond to the demands expressed by women in their communities and organizations, to advance women’s autonomy and reduce gender inequalities in agricultural and livestock activities, as well as in the governance of agricultural organizations and access to markets.

To this end, this guide also presents tools and methods for taking better account of this theme in the development projects that are formulated and implemented, with the aim of not reinforcing existing inequalities and optimizing the project’s impact for women and men.
